三、薪資福利 compensation and benefits
1.有競爭力的薪資待遇（面議確定）：
本科6-15萬/年，碩士8-18萬/年，博士25萬/年起，
海內(nèi)外名校（國內(nèi)重點(diǎn)、海外百強(qiáng)）本科12萬/年起，碩士14萬/年起
competitive salary (determined by direct negotiation)：
bachelors rmb 60-150k/year, masters rmb 80-180k/year, phds from rmb 250k/year
top domestic & overseas universities (domestic 重點(diǎn), overseas top 100 universities) bachelors from rmb 120k/year, masters from rmb 140k/year
2.政策補(bǔ)貼：
人才補(bǔ)貼：人才補(bǔ)貼1-8萬元、購房/住房優(yōu)惠及補(bǔ)貼10-25萬元、50-60%工科人才薪酬補(bǔ)助（按各地方政府實(shí)際政策享受）。
subsidies：talent allowance rmb 10-80k, house-related subsidies rmb100-250k, subsidy for engineering talents (subject to the policies of local governments).
基礎(chǔ)保障（basic insurance)：
六險(xiǎn)二金（包含內(nèi)部補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、企業(yè)年金）、健康體檢：一年一次
social security and housing fund(including in-house supplementary medical insurance and company annuity)，health check-ups:1 time per year

探親往返路費(fèi)報(bào)銷（包含機(jī)票、高鐵等）：國內(nèi)每年2-4次/人，海外派遣每年最多3次/人，其中包含1次家屬反探親
reimbursement of round-trip travel expenses for family visits (including airfare, high-speed rail, etc.): 2-4 times per person per year for employees in china, up to 3 times per person per year for employees on overseas assignments, including 1 family visit
衣食住行(basic necessities of life) ：
伙食：對(duì)市場化食堂就餐給予相應(yīng)補(bǔ)貼
meal subsidies for dining at local eateries
住宿：礦山及冶煉項(xiàng)目提供免費(fèi)住宿，非礦山及冶煉項(xiàng)目提供租房補(bǔ)貼
free accomodation is provided for all employees at mine sites and smelting facilities, hosuing subsidies are provided for employees at all other working locations.
制服/工服、通勤班車
work uniforms，commuter bus
生活福利設(shè)施：洗衣房、健身休閑室、圖書館
employee amenities: company-provided laundry facilities, fitness centers, libraries, etc.
更多福利(other benefits)：
新婚賀禮：單職工：2000元/對(duì)，雙職工：3000元/對(duì)
wedding gift: 2000 yuan/couple if one party is employed by zijin, 3000 yuan/couple if both parties are employed by zijin.
